We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding grades, academic performance, or acceptance by educational institutions.

5. Payment Terms

- Advance Payment: 30% of the total service fee is due upon service request acceptance
- Completion Payment: The remaining 70% is due upon delivery and user satisfaction verification
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and other payment processors specified on our platform
- Currency: Payments are processed in the currency selected during checkout
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for any applicable local, state, or national taxes arising from their use of our services.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued according to the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 48 hours of service initiation
- The 30% advance payment is refundable only if the service has not commenced
- Full refunds of the 70% completion payment are available if the delivered work does not meet agreed-upon specifications
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Services completed to specification and accepted by the user
- Cancellations requested after service has commenced (beyond the 48-hour window)
- Changes in user requirements after service delivery
Refund processing typically occurs within 7-10 business days of approval.
7. Revisions Policy
Assignment Panel includes reasonable revisions within the original project scope at no additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery.
Revisions that extend beyond the original scope or require substantial rework may incur additional fees at Assignment Panel's discretion, as detailed in the service quote.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, Assignment Panel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered work for personal educational purposes only.
You retain ownership of any original concepts, data, or materials you provide. Assignment Panel retains ownership of all methodologies, templates, and frameworks developed during the engagement. The delivered work may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
9. Academic Outcomes Disclaimer
Assignment Panel explicitly disclaims any warranty or guarantee regarding academic outcomes. We provide educational assistance and reference materials only.
Grades, academic performance, and institutional decisions are determined solely by your educational institution and are not within our control or responsibility. Your use of our services does not guarantee any specific academic result.
10. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to use Assignment Panel services for:
- Submitting work as your own without proper attribution or acknowledgment
- Academic fraud, cheating, or plagiarism
- Violating institutional academic integrity policies
- Creating defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
- Illegal activities or activities violating applicable laws
- Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of Assignment Panel staff
- Unauthorized access or tampering with platform systems
- Reselling or commercially exploiting delivered work
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all payments.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assignment Panel and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
The total liability of Assignment Panel for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination of Service
Assignment Panel may terminate or suspend your account and services immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Engage in academic misconduct or fraud
- Abuse platform staff or other users
- Attempt to exploit or damage the platform
- Breach payment obligations
Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases, and you may forfeit unpaid balances and pending refunds.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and local regulations in the jurisdiction where Assignment Panel operates.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to arbitration or litigation in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in your account agreement, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
