01.What we collect

To run an order we need:

  • A first name and last initial (no full surname required).
  • A WhatsApp number or email for delivery.
  • The brief and rubric for your paper.
  • A payment confirmation reference from Wise / bank transfer (we never see card details).

02.What we never collect

We do not collect, and never ask for:

  • Your university name (you can tell us a city if it helps the writer match style — never the institution).
  • Your student ID number.
  • Your full home address.
  • Card details — payment is via your bank / Wise.
  • Any account on a university portal.
Plain English: we know less about you than your gym does. By design.

03.How long we keep it

Brief, rubric, and deliverable: 30 days from delivery, then permanently deleted. Contact details: retained only if you ask to be kept on file for re-orders; otherwise deleted at 30 days. Anonymised excerpts (for the samples library): retained indefinitely with all personally identifying detail removed.

04.Who sees it internally

  • The writer sees the brief, rubric, and your chosen contact method.
  • The coordinator (usually Maya) sees everything, including the contact thread.
  • The quality lead sees the deliverable before send.
  • No one else.

05.Third parties

We use:

  • Turnitin and GPTZero — to generate the originality reports we send with each delivery. Submissions are made under a generic account; your details are not retained by these tools.
  • Wise & bank transfer — for payment processing. Their privacy policies apply.
  • WhatsApp / Telegram — for messaging. We do not export message history to other systems.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, or any other tracking.

06.Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the data we hold on you, at any time, by emailing dpo@assignmentpanel.com. Response within 5 working days. No fee, no friction.

07.Cookies

We use only essential cookies for the calculator state on this site. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
